2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Linc (736) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 30, 2002
All the right ingredients are there, but it just doesn’t have enough body to stand up to the citric sourness.

Rating #470, bottle from Lagersalget
Light yellow and unclear beer with ok head. Aroma is very refreshing and delicate with citrus and lavender. It really makes you want to drink the beer. Flavor is citrus and some banana and lavender. Some wheat malt. Bitterness is quite obvious and maybe a bit too strong for this light beer. Medium palate. A pleasing witbier.

Thick head on light yellow body. Very fruity, with citrus fruits and all kind of spices. Very frash and drinkable. Better than Hoegaarden in fact.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 JanEric (681) - Meppel, NETHERLANDS - JUN 19, 2010
Yellowish, with a decent white head. Aroma has citrus, coriander, fruits, blossom and wheat. Full bodied taste, somewhat bitter, citruslike. Full bodied white beer, not sweet, a better one with a nice bitterness.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Otje (676) - Veendam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 4, 2007
Pale cloudy lightyellow beer. Aromas of citrus-zest, coriander, oranges and yeast. Lots of coriander, sweetish, slightly acidic, citrussy taste and a bit bitter in the finish. Decent witbier, but a bit too spicy. Brewer, take it easy on the coriander!!
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 bozoNZ (671) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 23, 2010
Light lemon in colour, slightly cloudy, efferscent and great head. Lemon, dry coriander and spices. Palate a bit thin and milky but nice none the less.

Pours a hazy straw-colour with a fizzy, thick white head that retains well. The body is insanely effervesent, it just doesn’t die. The aroma is mostly lemon citrus, mild corriander with some yogurt-like lactic acidity. The flavour has everything you could want from a witbier. Orange citrus, aromatic spice, tart fruit, bubblegum yeast and again, that lactic acid, which I feel adds depth, not a distraction. The aftertaste is a bit grainy, or is that cardboard? The mouthfeel is a little thin, but it’s a wit, so it should be. Tingly carbonation.

A somewhat cloudy white beer. Not too bad, the usual blend of spices like coriander and orange zest.
