It is light, refreshingly tart, beautifully spiced with more than just coriander and bitter orange peels - i think nutmeg for sure and maybe some cardimum. The spices linger in the background as the lightly bittered beer flows easily with wheat and bitter oranges being the prominent flavors. This is my favorite wit, it is extemely hard to find in North America - in fact this is the only beer that I’ll import a couple of cases yearly. Just lovely. thechandler (268), Morgantown, West Virginia, USA

Very "fresh" scent. Flavor was nearly immaculate. Full, citrusy, floral, spicey, floral and tasty. Goes down completely smooth, fantastically crisp. This is a fantastic Witbier. This beer had a huge head that disappeared very quickly. Hazy yellow body with huge sized particles. Light maltyness of grain, slight citrus tone, maybe orange. Soapy nose. Tast of coriander and licorice. Intial and finish was lightly sweet with some acidicness. Average duration. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. By far a superior witbier. I would recomend this to any one. This would be great for summer or anytime. Bravo. armando629 (975), Budapest, Hungary
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 2, 2007 Drink it very cold! It has a cloudy look when you drink it between 2 and 4 Celsius degree. The beer is very characteristic with the citrus and coriander flavour, whit the lactic acid and the fine yeast in the bottle. If you can get this beer in magnum style(1,5 L), lets buy that one!!! Hansen (2266), Randers, Denmark

The coriander is in it, but there is more to it than that. I realy like the taste and aroma this beer has. But it’s a bit to sparkling. This is a delicious wit beer, bright, sweet and exquisitely fruity. With or without a wedge of lemon, this is a swig of citrus heaven. Kinz (2200), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA

Lovely pale yellow, cloudy, with a suggestion of green and pink in my mind, good head faded slowly. This is exactly what a wit should look like. Aroma is pleasant, gentle wheat with a good bit of bitter orange, and a hint of coridander. Flavor is light anise intertwined with wheat and orange notes, finishing with slight coriander bitterness. Dry and light on the palate. Highly refreshing, integrated spices, really quite excellent. gunnfryd (3571), Kristiansand, Norway
