COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Nothing disagreeable in this citrusy white Belgian. Thick, foamy head fades quickly. Yellowish slightly cloudy body. Mild tang in the back of the throat. Almost no bitterness. Low enough in alcohol to serve as a good summer thirst quencher.

Bottle 33. White - yellow hazy ale. My favorite Wit beer, very refreshing, nice body. Agrume taste present but not too much. Very drinkable, a pretty good beer.

330ml bottle. Pours a very hazy pale yellow with a thin head. Aroma is nutmeg, other warming roots I can’t pick out but different. Taste has a little coriander to start. A little milky, very spicy. Nutmeg on the aftertaste. Lots of carbonation but a little short in the mouth.

0.75 bottle. Cloudy pale light yellow, big soapy white head. Floreal nose First impact of strong citrus (mosty lemon), spices (coriander?), fruits (pear) herbs and a little yeast. Taste of wheat, quite acidic, sweet. Very light bitter end. Medium body, high carbonation. Fresh, crisp, crude, for hot summer days.
