Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Aroma of yeast, citrus, coriander ... Hazy, bubbly lemon yellow with a white head that reduced quickly. Starts with coriander, followed by anise, then orange, ending with a bit of spice/herb. Very refreshing.

[bottle, 25 cl] Pale yellow, very cloudy, heavy carbonation. Head is white and lasting. Very fresh, floral aroma, hints of perfume and spices. Taste is rather dull in comparison due to a rather watery body and an anonymous dry finish. Citric flavour evident but not overpowering. Refreshing, enjoyable.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy light yellow body (resembling pineapple juice) with an average white head. Aroma of orange peel, coriander, and lemon. Flavor of orange and wheat with watered down, carbonated mouthfeel.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque yellow-golden color with a medium, partly lasting head. Very crisp, lemon-fruity and lightly spicy aroma. Fruity, wheaty and lemony flavor with a spicy finish. Fizzy-carbonated, light to medium-bodied, soapy and acidic palate. A nice, refreshing summer drink, although with less flavor and spiciness than in Hoegaarden.

VERY pale yellow with big densely beaded head. Very fizzy. Reminded me of my aquarium filtration system. Nose is mild lemon. The flavor is also very subtle of lemon/citrus and mild yeast. Refreshing yes,but nothing really stands out which left me a bit disappointed. I agree that Hoegaarden is a better choice.

bottle from delhaize - brugge, nice yellow/white colour and stable white head. Smell: a bit stinking and coriander. Taste: much better: coriander, citrus (typical witbier) but a bit more bitter than other belgian whites and a nice grainy flavor in the aftertaste. I like it but I’ve had better ones.

Bottle, 33 cl. Yellow beer with meidum white creamy head, some light bubbles in it also. Smells grainy and coriander. Taste is grainy, light spicy, light citrus and light bitter with a grainy aftertaste also. Nice Witbier, but certainly not one of the toppers in its style, missing a bit that special taste for that.
