Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Very refreshing. A little lemonade-feeling with citrus and some spices. Well balanced, OK volume. Palate is too weak.

Bottle. A light hazed yellow color with minimal head. A light pear, lemon and citrus aroma. Dry, light fruits, musty, orange and corriander in the flavor.

White, treble colour. Sweet, bitter aroma. Mild flavour in contrast of Hoegaarden. Little bit bitter.

Bottled: Light yellow. Hazy. Thin white quickly diminishing head. Yeast, rubber and spices in the aroma. Banana, citrus, spices and some yeast in the flavour. Dies quickly on the palate. I've had much better Belgian Witbiers.

Hazy golden with lots of yeast in it. White head. Aroma from yest, grapefruit and citrus. Has a mild fruity finish. Quite pleasant but close to getting boring comepared to other weissbiers...

A nice witbier, with a lot of spices and some citrus in both aroma and flavor. An average witbier in my opinion.

Yellow/orange body with creamy frothy white head. Big yeast nose. Must say how nice the lacing was. Taste is all fruit-yeast blend. Lots of carbination. This would have been great on a hot summer day. Thanks for the Mystery trade!

Bottle 25cl. Pours a murky light yellow colour with little carbonation and a good size head. Very fruity lemony aroma to it, has good notes of lime and raisins there too. Taste is rather dissappointing, was expecting a bit more from this. Has some nice lemon there, but nothing special.
