COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Aroma of yeast, citrus, coriander ... Hazy, bubbly lemon yellow with a white head that reduced quickly. Starts with coriander, followed by anise, then orange, ending with a bit of spice/herb. Very refreshing.

White weak head. Cloudy yellow pale color. Aroma is fruity with citrus and slightly spicy notes. Flavor is fruity too with orange and spicy tones, ending in a moderately sweet finish. Light to medium bodied.

Pours a milky white yellow, lots of chunky yeast, with a quickly dissipating fizzy white head. Aroma is innitially of orange, then a touch of corriander with a wheaty graininess and a light note of banana. The body is spritzy, fizzy, and watery. The flavors are pretty dominantly orange and spiced. Some graininess that falls to a lactic sourness that hits you in the back of the throat. Not bad but lacking in body and freshness. I’d like to try this at the source.

Bottle. Pale straw color with a big white head. Some orange aroma with spice and wheat. Crisp wheat flavor with spice and orange. Dry finish. Nice balance.

Spicy, citrusy aroma. Lemon oil and hops, some lactic quality - almost bilious. Cloudy pale yellow-gold, with thick foamy white lacing head. Medium-light body with heavy active carbonation. Light flavor. Starts with some citrus acidity, very little sweetness. Chalky, with a bit of lactic finish. Dull after. Pouring in the dregs give more chalky quality, but some yeast and bubblegum notes, too. Makes it a bit sweeter tasting, too. OK, but not great.

Bottle at Beer on the Pier, Chicago. Wheat aroma with corriander. I don’t know that I detected orange peel. Litterally white in color, perhaps the whitest beer I’ve ever come across. A layer of white head. Gets a point for uniqueness in appearance. Thin body; might be better if it was served a little colder. Has all the correct flavor chacteristics. Not too bad; just a little light (only 4.5%).

Bottle... Hazy, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Good retention. Yeasty, breadsy aroma with a soapy essence and equal dashes of spices and herbs. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Tart, with low sweetness and low bitterness. Terrifically balanced and refreshing. Short, crisp, lightly acidic finish.
