Blond, cloudy, milky (colloďdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

pours hazy medium yellow with a creamy head. Aroma is lightly malty and hoppy, with yeast being dominate; horse blanket and soap, hints of apple and coriander. Flavor is well balanced, slightly yeasty, spicy with citrus bitterness. Dry clean refreshing finish. light to medium bodied, creamy and lively.

Some beer bar in Lyon that I can’t spell: Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is lemon, candied sugar, and coriander. Taste is very lemony. Body is light. Not bad.

The beer has only a little foam. The smell is full of sweet citrus. The beer is blurry and yellow, with a slight touch of green (might have been the light). The taste was that topical witbier taste, but only milder. Where the Erdinger Weissbier was to much of the same taste, this was perfect. It wasn’t to bitter, and definitely less sour. Witbier can be very sour. It tasted very citrusy, just like it smelled. One of the best witbier’s so far.

29.6.2014. Cloudy yellow, thick white head. Nose has belgian yeast, lemon, coriander. Pale malt, wheat, some spices and yeast. Light bodied. Dry, almost sour. Too watery, at least when cold.

Bottle from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. Pours a light yellow with a thick creamy head with active carbonation and a medium body. Aroma is quite spicy. Has lots of citrus zest and cloves and slight banana. Taste begins quite grainy which slowly turns spicy when the clove becomes more active. There is also some orange zest in there as well. Finish is slightly bitter and dry.

Bottle picked up locally from backlog notes. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malt, yeast, orange zest, coriander, lighter body, pretty basic wit.

Smells like milky grass. Kind of interesting. It looks like lemonade and kind of tastes like it too. Theres definitely a bit of lemon to this one. Sweet and really easy to drink. As it warms up it gets even better. Lots of really nice sweetness and subtle citrus notes. Definitely recommend trying this one.
