Commercial Description:
Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Pours hazy, pale yellow colour, with a medium-sized foamy head and light body. Wheaty, hoppy taste with heavy notes of citrus, herbs and spices. Slightly acidic. Refreshing.

I have a soft spot for this beer. Beautiful hazy yellow colour, thick creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass and wheat. Flavour is lots of citrus, soft wheat and some coriander. Soft mouthfeel. Quite sour/tart, but very refreshing witbier.

Hazy blonde in color- aroma of coriander and citrus, yeast, wheat- aroma on the mild side. Taste: the usuals for a wit, but a bit more subdued than some others I’ve had. Ok.

The aroma is tart with malt, citrus, spice, and yeast. The appearance is yellow white with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall it’s not that good.
