Great fluffy white head. Refreshing and full with a bready/ banana Belgian yeast flavor. I keep going back to it.

Aug 8, 2008 I have a soft spot for this beer. Beautiful hazy yellow colour, thick creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass and wheat. Flavour is lots of citrus, soft wheat and some coriander. Soft mouthfeel. Quite sour/tart, but very refreshing witbier.

Aug 6, 2008 Hazy blonde in color- aroma of coriander and citrus, yeast, wheat- aroma on the mild side. Taste: the usuals for a wit, but a bit more subdued than some others I’ve had. Ok.

Aug 5, 2008 The aroma is tart with malt, citrus, spice, and yeast. The appearance is yellow white with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall it’s not that good.
