fidelis83 (62), Clinton, Iowa, USA Sep 28, 2008 Pours very pale and not that murky for a white, with a tall, chunky white head. Aroma is is grassy hops, wheat, orange peel, a tiny bit of yeast. Flavor is indeed very smooth, thirst quenching-sure. Lots of lemony citrus, slight cranberry tartness, and a little metalic dryness, slightly sweet malts mix with the citrus notes and kind of remind me of fresh baked orange glazed dinner rolls. Palate is thin, but not over carbonated, nor distracting. Overall a great summer beer but a tad lacking in the complexity department. goozen (763), Leiden, Netherlands Sep 6, 2008 Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow Belgian White and must this one of the better ones. Slightly sour and very thirstquenching. Borresteijn (584), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 8, 2008 I have a soft spot for this beer. Beautiful hazy yellow colour, thick creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass and wheat. Flavour is lots of citrus, soft wheat and some coriander. Soft mouthfeel. Quite sour/tart, but very refreshing witbier. liinis (481), Finland Aug 8, 2008 Poirotti Toinen Linja. grey-white with white head. Very lemony/limey and too watery and light. better if it was a hot day... hophead75 (1680), Boonton, New Jersey, USA Aug 6, 2008 Hazy blonde in color- aroma of coriander and citrus, yeast, wheat- aroma on the mild side. Taste: the usuals for a wit, but a bit more subdued than some others I’ve had. Ok.
