The head is huge and lasting on this hazy, light straw Belgian wit. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit and a bit of wheat. The flavour is lightly sweet, with lots of fresh fruit notes and a light hint of citrus in the finish. It’s a uncomplicated, light, refreshing and nice wit.

Bottle Blond, clear body. Frothy white head. Nose of oranges, lemon, hops, ... quite fresh, but not tremendously interesting. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Not very complex nor bad, somewhat fruity. Medium.

Bottle. A boring, bland tasting Belgian wit with virtually no spice or anything other than thin, sweet water. It’s boring.

Hazy light blond coloured beer with almost no carbonation, some yeast particles and an average white head. Fruity herby aroma. Medium palate. Finish is light bitter, fruity and herby. Medium one.

Tried this one at the Delirium Cafe in Brussels. Nothing to write home about, and all I did for my notes was to indicate that I had tried it. I recall it being decent and refreshing.

Fully hazy yellow with a slight greenish shine, and a small, white, dense & fine head. Another coriander onslaught, wheat discernible, and I seem to get some diacetyl too, even DMS (celery, cooked corn). Diacetyl-filled coriandersoup. Disgusting, even despite the lemony ending that cannot save it. Light bodied, slight wheat slickness. Horrible witbier; Huyghe at its... [sorry].
