Misty pale yellow. Flowery, spicy, clove, pine needles nose. Complex flavour. Lots of spicyness. Some hints of bananas. A little grassy. Sweet finish.

I definately had a different batch to the rest of you. Yes, it was extremely pale, and is obviously a softer wit than usual (vis the low alc.) but grainy... nup mine was smooth, a little thin, but still well rounded on the finish, definatly not watery. A refreshing sourness was evident, as was the lemon flavour, but I found neither excessive. Spits all over any local macro wit attempt, and if you hadn’t guessed by now I kinda liked it!

Bottled. Hazy yellow, minor white head. Aroma contains wheat and the flavour contains mainly wheat, it has an aftertaste that I can’t determine...

Pours a very pale yellow colour with visible sediment and a short lived white head. Aroma is yeasty with some citrus. Taste is citrus fruit, yeast and some spices. Body is very thin, a bit too thin. Watery texture. Light and refreshing but not very flavourful.

Reminds me VERY much of Delirium Tremens which is a good thing. Small head on it that quickly disappeared. Cloudy honey orange colour. It is not as full bodied as a Delirium Tremens but it is only 5% so it doesn't need to blend as much as the DTs. Lightly spicy, fruity and not bitter. No foul banana flavours presented themselves to me in this brew. As for aroma it is strong in volatiles but if you enjoy it in Delirium Tremens you should be right.

Wheat and citrus on the aroma. Wheaty banana and citrus with a hint of bitterness on the finish.

Bottle at Delirium Cafe. Notes just say spicy and tea. Fairly anonymous wit whose rating might suffer from fairly rough company.

Another "belgian" (like Caporal) which seems to be showing up almost exclusively in Aussie bottleos by the looks of the raters below. Anyway, this beer is an ok wit which seems to want to be something like hoegarden white but just isn't as well done. A bit hay flavoured.
