UPDATED: AUG 3, 2010 re-rate 7/2010; courtesy of Raoul Gendroz - pours a cloudy dark blond-orange colour with a moderate head retention; a fair aroma of hay, banana and citrus; notes of cloves come out while the beer gets warmer; a respectable malt body and a subtle carbonation, some sweetness and a gently sticky mouthfeel which retains in spite of it a pretty juicy touch; some late and light tart acidity and a long banana and corny finish - accurate, subtle and robust at the same time

2/2/2006 - very cloudy amber-orange colour with a little unregular foam; cloves and matured banana in the nose; very creamy mouthfeel with a high carbonation; some tart acidity which brings a good balance; long corny and banana finish with some residual sweetness - very nicely made and as good as a Hefeweizen can be (4/7/7/4/14)

Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Fruity aroma with lemons and wheat. Flavor had wheat, lemons and lime. Finished sweet.

Bottled. A hazy yellow with a slight red shine under a thin white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and coriander as well as some dish wash water. The flavor is sweet with some skunky notes combined with alcohol, wheat, and a bit of coriander, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a very hazy greyish yellow with a white head. Sweet malty nose. Medium body, rather malty with a slightly fruity touch. Dry finish. No real traces of neither banana nor spices. 250810

33 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours hazy orange to yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry wheaty and mild citric. Dry yeasty and wheaty flavoured. Dry and wheaty finish. Vague spiced.

Bouteille de 33 cl de chez Boissons Center à Montagny-sur-Yverdon (CH). Blonde à voile de levure, la mousse disparaît rapidement. Odeur fraîche de froment, assez discrète, un peu de fruité aussi. Goût étonnament doux et crémeux, fruité (banane-citron), maltée mais un peu plate, manque de vivacité. Fin de bouche pas très longue mais douce, fruitée avec points d’acidulité citrique.

Bottle, 5.5% Pours golden with white head. Aroma is hoppy, yeasty (biscuit) and sugary. Taste of citrus, some spices (coriander), some sediments. Nothing bad, good drinkability, well balanced, full of flavors.

Nothing of a Blanche, starting with the color (light amber), then the aroma (sweet fruity, finally the flavor (light malt, some sweetness, very light fruitness). Homebrew.

Bottled. Hazy pale orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is quite weak, but consists mainly of wheat, fruits and some malts. Flavour is caramel, fruits and hops. Toffeeish aftertaste. One of the better hefeweizens so far.
