Very pale lemony color... Little foam... Lemony smells and kinda watery taste. Really refreshing but not strong at all. More like a lemon beer...

Bottled 750ml. -from Auchan Torino. Slight cloudy yellow coloured, small white head that went away fast, fresh citrusy nose. Wheaty, yeasty and light watery with pleasant notes of coriander. Short spicy finish. Refreshing but a bit too mild.

Croatian November ’11 RB tasting, Ogi’s bottle. Poured a misty pale ochre body. Dusty soapy nose, fruity and malty, yet nice! Fruity soft lactic taste, agrumey. All in all, a very good wit.

Bottle looks a bit complex. Beer in the glass not very zippy, small head. Nice fruity aroma like apricots. Starts mild, modest sourish, mild fruity. Finish again mild, almost washy, modest spicy. Nothing special.

Originally rated March 2008. Thanks to Drisse for bringing this one back from France. Pours a blonde colour until the bottom of the bottle is shaken, and then becomes cloudy. The carbonation is composed of big bubbles which I found different. The head is white, small, disappears fast and hardly any lace remains. The orange zest is what I smell the most in here, with some of the witbier yeast. The taste is pretty nice and refreshing with a nice balance of the orange, corriander and yeast. The mouthfeel is a bit thin, but this makes this one more drinkable.

Bottle, argo0 tasting. Hazy lemon yellow, thin white head. Lemon zest and light yeast in the aroma; pretty basic but OK here. Little sweet, grain, grass, yeast and some light spice. Light body, soft and chalky.

Bière blanche de 4.7 % d’alcool. Elle possède une odeur de fromage, un goût spécial de fromage et de citron, mais comme si c’était dilué dans l’eau. Ironiquement, j’ai même trouvé que ça goûtait le Neocitran.

330 ml purchased at the SAQ Centropolise (Laval, Quebec), on March 15, 2011. Blonde whitened, no head. Aroma of malted wheat dry, almost bland. Taste of weak wheat, a lot minerals, aftertaste dry and mineral. An uninteresting witber!

Classic wit with hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma has lots of coriander and wheat, palate is floury. Nice and thin. Other? Anytime.

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw with a small, fizzy white head, short retention and flat lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, meal), light hops (floral), and average esters (banana) with notes of lemon. Flavor is heavy malt (hay, straw, meal), light hops (floral, citrus), and average esters (banana) with notes of lemon and pepper. Light body, low warmth, carbonation, and creaminess with a dry finish.
