Jul 11, 2004 Beer # 15 at Dartford Beer Festival, with SilkTork and Duff. Cloudy straw colour. Clean, fresh, lemon aroma. Zesty, citric flavours with some spice and plenty of acidity to provide a clean mouthfeel and a crisp finish. None of those blowsy elements that sometimes make German wheat beers seem a bit flabby to me. A good wheat beer. Cask (gravity dispense)

Jul 9, 2004 Dartford Fest. Gravity. Hazy pale straw. Undeveloped pale malt aroma. Warm, softly spicy - nutmeg, clove, brown sugar, green apple. Flat, chalky dry finish. Little hops. Very tasty.
