Beer # 15 at Dartford Beer Festival, with SilkTork and Duff. Cloudy straw colour. Clean, fresh, lemon aroma. Zesty, citric flavours with some spice and plenty of acidity to provide a clean mouthfeel and a crisp finish. None of those blowsy elements that sometimes make German wheat beers seem a bit flabby to me. A good wheat beer. Cask (gravity dispense)

Cask@Dartford BF. Dry, lemony and lightly tart and bitter. Some mandariny sort of flavours, not over the top, but quite nice.

Dartford Fest. Gravity. Hazy pale straw. Undeveloped pale malt aroma. Warm, softly spicy - nutmeg, clove, brown sugar, green apple. Flat, chalky dry finish. Little hops. Very tasty.
