500ml bottle at home on 19 June 2011. Hazy amber. Spicy, rubbery aroma. Quite dodgy on the palate. A bit sour (not in a good way). Not very clean either. Something not quite right here.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.

Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, scrumpy apples, spicy apples. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, dry, strange, medicine notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. Bottled. Ambery golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is nutneg, almonds, some sweetish sour apples and some mild sweetness. Flavour is sweet apples with some mild sourness and a bit nutty. Quite thin though the aroma was beautiful.

Cloudy orange in colour, looks like a real cider. Aromas are apples, strawberries and ...Silktork has it right - plastic. Good yeasty sourness, too. Flavours are woody, dry apples with lots of agricultiural notes. Different fruity flavours are happening, too. Quite complex for a cider. Recommended.
