on tap @ Ei8ht Ball / Bellevue KY --- Clear light amber, thin white head cover, broken curtain of lace. Taste is sour malt that is interrupted by hops on the swallow, only to return for a lingering finish. A solid gose, palate cleansing and satisfying.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Taster - nose is funky and grassy. As I read the description, I’m like uh huh uh huh. Spritzy and almost tart. Interesting but not exactly something I’ll have again.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This is a sour? A Gose? I would think a pale ale or even a saison. Very drinkable. I mean if it’s mislabeled it is a solid beer, if they are going for a Gose, they missed the mark.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Fifty Fest. Pours a mostly clear gold with a small off-white head that laces the glass. Aroma of wheat, pale and cereal malts, faint citrus, and light coriander. Flavor of wheat, salt, lemon (more than in the nose), coriander, and caraway seed. Light-bodied, with a wheat, dry, and eventually salty mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. The gose characteristics emerge more after it begins to warm. Still, seems a bit off style.
