We used to drink this in high school in the 1970’s because it was cheap... and it’s the only beer that Fast Eddie, the local wino, knew how to buy for us. It has a stench, not an aroma. I tastes like a cheap 40-ouncer. It’s not friendly when exiting the system. Buy a sixer for your boss for Christmas.

Not much going on here except for a thick, corn-like taste. Hard to tell the difference between this and Pabst. I suppose that it would go well with Pizza or Chicken Wings.

Pours a pale gold color..big surprise here huh. Anyway, the aroma is sweet and corny. Flavor is sickingly sweet and corny. Ugh...this is rough. Stange aftertaste that is hard to describe.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2004 I love this beer. I take alot of heat for drinking it, but it’s my favorite. Guess it’s not real popular with the yuppies

Yeah, a typical "cheap" beer. No worse than a bunch of others I’ve tried. Price is right. Good cold, but warmed up, watch out!

Typical of the cheap beers. Yellow color, watered down, little taste. Good for drinking games and when you have no money.

scary time....found case of Blatz "tall cans" in basement piled under old magazines, records, tapes...must be at least 15 years old....well here goes...the usual with this stuff, watery, bland, looks nice in the glass though very pale a little heavy metal at the back of the tongue, not too bad for cheap crap that has been sitting since the first gulf war...the first beer I have ever rated BTW...had to be this one...ohhh yeah here comes the gastro revenge of this stuff...
