Bottle from Kölschtrinker, thanks! Amber color. Malt and nutmeg in the aroma. Malty sweetish bready flavor with grassy notes, cinnamon. Hint of apple. Goes well with some spare ribs.

Deutlich oxidierter, süß-metallerner Beginn. Cornflakesnoten, im Verlauf bitterer, die metallernen Noten werden stärker. Brotig, zum Ende unpassend süß. 8/6/6/6/9/6

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Quite full-bodied with lots of sweet malts and caramel notes pretty much balanced by the dry hops. We are getting close to Bock territory here - the alcohol is clearly detectable. 111106

Bougt at the brewery. An orange beer with a thin, ending as a rim, off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and a bit of caramel and flowery hops. The flavor is sweet malty with quite strong notes of caramel, but the alcohol is also evident with a slight metallic note - a bit like a Helles Bock, but definately in the light end of the spectrum.
