Aroma has soapy citrus, funky farmhouse aromas and yeast. Palate is too high on CO2 and stings. Flavour has funky notes, yeast, some fruits and citrus. Some spices, herbal notes and hops too. Unique and funky finish with more yeast. Refreshing and nice.

Bottle. Amber beer with a big off-white head. Summer fruit and tropical fruit aroma with light yeast. Yeast and spice flavor with tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Yeast and spice linger with light tropical fruit and light mineral notes.

Bouteille 750 ml. Robe dorée, surmontée d’un collet blanc savonneux. Arôme: levures saison, malt, houblon floral, lavende, agrume. Le goût est principalement sur le citron. Saison légère, très rafraichissante, parfaitement sur le style.

750ml bottle, shared by tmoney99. Totally hazy, more pale dirty yellow color. Thin foamy white head. No lace. Wonderful orange-citrus aroma. Very floral, some creme. Medium body. Very soft carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Light sweet taste, moderate bitter. Good stuff. Great aroma.

Bottle 750ml. Pours clear pale blond with high whtie head. Good lacing. Aroma is of saison yeast, pretyt belgian, rusticity, malt. Taste is of massive saison yeast, fruits, rusticity, bitter. Nice malt. Palate: Ligth body. Easily drinkable. Overall: Somewhat nice brew, with intense yeast features, but this one is not a big hit for me. I guess the hops has faded, but I dont think my bottle was very old.

Shared by Tmoney99. Pours a cloudy deep yellow with minimal white head that quickly dissipates. Has a nice farmhouse flavor with a distinct hop profile. A good summer saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750ml bottle [Thanx David!] Cloudy golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, fully lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Spicy yeasty aroma has notes of Frankfurter sausage with mustard, pearl pickling onion, citrusy hop. Taste is citrusy hoppy, minimally tart, minimally sweet citrusy fruity, hints of vegetable like celery and horseradish, relatively mild spicy yeasty. Smooth Saison.

Bright, light golden hue.. Extra fluffy egg white head, that doesn't go away. Very carbonated. Dupont immediately came to mind for some reason... Aromas and flavors of hay, dried flowers, bitter citrus, water crackers, sourdough, and mild, earthy, Belgian yeast. It gets better as it comes to temperature... Lively palate.. Light and very carbonated. Overall, simple and refreshing. Elegant Belgian yeast dominates, with a refreshingly bitter finish of mild florals, hay and delicate doughy yeast. A classic Saison in style and character... Though nothing overly amazing. Enjoyable. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

Bottle purchased at Hill Farmstead. Shared with friends on 7/9/13. Clear yellow in color with a huge white head. Aroma of farts, meat, rubber and funk. Malty and peppery flavor with some herbal character before a bitter hop and brett finish.
