UPDATED: NOV 24, 2014 Bottle, thanks to JF. Aroma: Belgian yeast, diapers, banana, lemon. App: hazy white with lively carbonation. Taste and palate: light, abrupt finish, really fizzy in mouth. Overall: not that bad, not a style that I’m used to drinking but not that bad.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy yellow pour with a large white head. Tons of funky farmhouse aromas, bretts and lemon zest. Flavour is lightly tart, subtle sweetness with lemon and funky bretts. An interesting and tasty saison.

Very nice saison, very refreshing, same time rich. Summer flowers, fruitiness, wheat, bit honey. Light sweet with quite dry bittersweet finish. Lovely brew.

Bottle. Belgiuminabox.com. Hazy straw colour. Glossy topped, thick, lasting, white head. Very grainy. Toasty. Grassy. Vanilla pod sweetness. Cinammon spice. Taste is very dry. Lots of bitter, too. Crisp, dry palate. Finishes yeasty, dusty dry, and long, lasting bitter. Overly dry, and overly bitter.

Bottle from Humulus. Cork popped out like a champagne, but beer stayed well-behaved. Beautifully light pale pour, meringue white head. Aroma of apricots, lemons, slight funk. Tart, slightly creamy, a touch of banana chips, a bit of clove, then lemon and citrus. Finishes dry but not bone dry. Very complex and opened up as it warmed. Delicious.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2014 On tap. Pours a slightly hazy gold with moderate head. Aromas of funk, and light citrus with floral notes. Flavors of lemon wax, resin, dried banana, white pepper and wheat. Nice, very "Blaugies" but somewhat flat and acidic.

Bottle. Opens with a rather loud pop, pours a fairly clear straw yellow body under a large frothy white head that lasted forever. The nose is quite delicious and delicate with some beautiful light hoppiness that reminds me of fresh flowers. Great light delicate bready and doughy maltiness, some really nice yeastiness in here as well. The flavor has the perfect balance between the malt, yeast, and hop profiles. Very delicate and complex. Hard to tell what I like best about this, it all adds up to exactly what I want from a Saison. Dry throughout with a soft mouthfeel after some of the carbonation dies down. Lingering light bitterness. Excellent beer.
