75cl bottle bought at Brassigaume out the back of the brewer’s van ... ;) Pours light golden with quite a lot of sediment. Aroma is initially quite powerfully sour. The flavour is sour funk with a rather hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Very nice saison.

Bottle @ home. Pours a hazy yellow liquid with a beautiful, lasting white head and potent lacing. Dry nose with a balanced light to medium funky character. Notes of white pepper, leather, lemon & tangerine, hair conditioner, vanilla, bread, subtle grain. Dry and quite bitter and crisp taste. Taste gas white pepper, bread, oranges, vanilla, freshly cut grass and barnyard. Lingering white pepper and acidic lemon finish and aftertaste. Grape-like bitterness.

HammerTroll (704) - Pula / Zagreb, CROATIA - MAR 5, 2015
Cloudy yellow color, huge white head. Fruity aroma, kind of acidic, and strangely, gunpowder. Taste is same, gunpowder (sulfur) , fireworks, a bit of vinegar, apple juice, medium sour and slightly sweet. Thin body, fizzy carbonation. Unique stuff.
(Vrutak 0,75l bottle)

Bottled 750ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Cloudy yellow/orange coloured, small to medium sized airy white head, sulphurish nose. Acidic yeasty, spicy, sulphury and slight grassy with notes of fruits and touch of spicy hops in the finish. Interesting in a way but...Goes well with hot Mexican tortillas.

TBone (13636) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 2, 2015
Tap at Three Brewing, Brooklyn. Slightly hazy, golden color (sri bad light here). Medium-sized white head, lace. Aroma is strange wheaty, perfumic mix. Light to medium-bodies. Spicey, white peppery ... yeah when you know you can say - spelt wheatyness. Amarillo gives some pineapple fruity notes. Interesting, but not much more. Probably ok with food.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl à la brasserie, couleur blonde trouble, mousse moyenne et effervescence importante. Grosse attaque amère/acide, côté veleda, citron et malt acide. Fin de bouche sur le grain.
