750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with a tall head. Yeasty aroma with cereals and some grassy hops. Active carbonation and a nice prickly mouthfeel - just like a Saison should be. Taste has grainy cereals and Belgian yeast, balanced with a firm but short herbal bitterness that doesn’t override the malt and yeast so the beer remains refreshing in its lightness. Finish has some lemon zest. Great Saison!

750ml bottle. Pour clear dark gold with nice thick foam. Nice Belgian saison yeast with some note of green grass. Medium body, lively carbonation. Nice long finish with Hill's profile. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml bottle drank (with Lady Susan) at Saint-Graal in Sainte-Thérèse (Québec) on May 20, 2016. Not so clear gold, small head. Sweet aroma of hoppy spelt, a bit of spiciness. Crisp hoppy cereal taste, light sweet spiciness, light bitterness. You can’t go wrong with a collaboration with HF!

Unclear yellow gold. Big frothy white head. Fantastic complex yeast character that isn’t overpowering . Great balance. Not fruity. Mild for spice/peppery. Just a little mustiness. Refreshing. Classic.

Hazy yellow with proper head. Aroma is strong, fruity, spices, light yeast, flowers, sourish, old furniture. Very strong nose. Taste follows, spicy notes, strong. Not so much fresh as sharp. Very good!

A 750ml bottle with a best before end year of 2018 and poured into a Cantillon Iris ballon glass. It poured a very nice clear golden colour with a two finger white head that had pretty good retention and left nice lacing. Aromas of farmhouse mustiness, straw, hay, red apple, honey, lemon zest and a hint of banana esters. Tastes of cereal grains, honey, herbal, grassy, zesty lemon with a hint of peach and peppery spice. Dry, light bodied with high lively prickly carbonation. Overall a solid saison from Blaugies and Hill Farmstead.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry and funky with notes of basement, pear, grain, sweet esters and floral notes. Clean and nice old school saison aroma. The taste has a more hoppy profile with some dry brett, funky basement, orange, citrus and sweet esters as well. Refreshing to drink in the sun which I did.

Courtesy of Jaghana. Couleur jaune trouble, très légère mousse. Nez floral avec fruité et levures belges. Gout malté, grain puis houblonnné, épicé, citronné, levures avec forte amertume sèche, charpentée en fin de bouche (l’épautre?).
