Corked and caged bottle split 4 ways. Hazy golden pour with loads of sediment. Nose has soap, esters, some mango and citrus. Taste has yeast, sweet lemon juice, some mango and some herbal notes. Nice classical saison!

A great saison. Dull yellow with sediment and long lasting foamy white head. Aromas are barnyard funk, citrus rind. Flavors are funk, citrus, hops, soapy. I love this.

~12 oz tulip draft at The Foundry in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a hazy orange yellow with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is fresh natural Saison yeast, herbal grass, soft orange pine hop, and general earthiness. Very engaging nose. The taste is a beautiful balance of the earth grain grass and the herbal orange pin hop, the yeast is present, mostly in the finish. The complexity and melding of the flavors is exquisite, this is delicious. The palate is medium bodied, gentle soft carbonation, yeast, crisp finish. Really nice beer.

From tap at BierCab, Barcelona. Hazy pale yellow color with almost white head. Aroma is light malty, hoppy, grassy, floral, spicy, yeasty. Taste is sweet and bitter, fruity, light funky. Light to medium thin body with hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle, Real Gastropub, Honolulu.
Hazy, light tan. Aroma is big dusty saison yeast...lots of Blaugies on this one. Complex and the hops are a bit herbal as well. Has a fair bit of the dusty old barn yeast character, and a fair bit of pale malt sweetness. Fairly big body for the style. Effervescent, burpy. Hops lend a lot of dryness. I wouldn’t even pick it out as amarillo...the beer has a pretty strong Blaugies character. Once the yeast goes in the glass, the beer is softer...the yeast actually mellows and more sugars come out, contrary to expectations. Some of the hop is washed out of the finish as well.
