On tap at Beer Mongers - Pours pale yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has saison farmhouse goodness, bright pale malt, some soft citrus and nectar fruits. It has a medium / light crisp body with semi-sharp carbonation. The flavor starts of with pale malt, saison earth, graininess, crackers and citrus zest. The finish has dry stone fruit, spices and dry herbal notes. Nice saison.

Bottle. Hazy straw color with a big rocky white head. Aroma is familiar saison territory, spelt and cereal grain dominating. Taste follows but adds a tiny burst of citrusy hops on the finish. Mouthfeel is soft and crisp. Really excellent and super drinkable.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, fragrant fruity malt with loads of catnip, lemon, Brett, white pepper. In mouth, a beautiful silky fruity malt, herbaceous hops, Brett, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at OttBottleShare July 2014.

Tap at Max’s Taphouse - turbid gold - frothy head - awesome spelt saison - dry and earthy, the spelt and amarillo hops works really well together - nice crispness, crackery malt - light funkiness and white pepper - this rating doesn’t say much because I am in a pub trying to enjoy the beer - whatever.

@Basunen: Stor fyllig doft. Smaken är fräsch, kryddig och något torr. En ganska god saison med torra frukter och lätt syrlighet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone ---- Soberness not garanteed!

Bright, cloudy yellow pour with an average head of tight white bubbles. Funky, smoky nose with some spice and banana. All the same elements play on the palate but they’re a little lighter. Finishes with a clean dryness.

Pour is a milky yellow with a he white head. Aroma is peppery, a nice yeast and a spicy hop. Flavor is more pepper, a nice green hop and a decent malt with some coriander and wheat malt. The finish is floral with a peppery yeast and hops aftertaste. This is a really good saison. Everything you are looking for in a saison is here. Lots of fresh hops, peppery yeast and very floral and refreshing.

Tap. Foamy pure white head, milky bright yellow. Spelt, grain, citrus, light funk and hay in the aroma. I don’t love spelt in beers, but works out well here without being too sweet and farmy. Some slight earth and light fruit sweetness. Light very soft chalky body.
