Pours muddy yellow with a nice, creamy, white head. Aroma is delicious, malt and wheat with citrus and apple fresh hoppiness. Medium carbonation, lovely dry and fairly grainy mouthfeel. Flavour is mild tart, grainy, citrus zest, green apple. Lingering hoppy bitterness. Very good.

(on tap at Zythos) Cloudy yellow with a big and lasting white head. The aroma has citrus, and complex herb and spice. Dry and refreshing citrus and spice flavour with a very hoppy finish. Classic Belgian saison identity with American hops, not an American saison.

750 c&c from bu11zeye. Pours champagne bubbles gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is very yeasty with fruit. Flavor is that with pale/light malt. Finishes that way with bitter and some earthiness. Delicious.
