Slightly bitter with a touch of wet hay. Does that sound bad? It’s actually quite refreshing with a touch of complexity.

It pours hazy golden yellow with a thick white head. The nose is hay, farmyard, earth and light fruitiness. The taste is hay, spice, dough, peppery, high bitterness, wood, some pear, melon, apple, pithy lemon and light alcohol with a very dry finish. Medium body, high carbonation and foamy mouth-feel.

Bottle, via trade with dresden-- thanks Steve! Shared with Ferris (welcome home buddy!), Parksy, and Faysal. Very hazy yellow gold, huge lacy white head. Awesome funky yeast character, lightly barnyardy, light grass, light bitterness. Elegant, and sooooo tasty!

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, large and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty - lightly wheaty and lightly dryish aroma, light fruitiness with light spiciness (pepper, coriander), light - some some citrus hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty - lightly wheaty and dryish flavor, faint fruitiness and light spiciness and light - some citrus hoppyness. Finish is average malty - lightly wheaty and dry, light spiciness and some citrus/herbal hoppyness. Really nice saison - not too sweet/too spicy.
