(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Sweetnsour aroma with a whiff of caramel. Heavy carbonation - actually this beer is doing the usual, spritzy Blaugies gushing thing - always open their beers over the kitchen sink - this time Ungstrup was soaked, so no big deal though... The body is medium, flavours are fruity, dry and spicy pointing in all directions. Very special - and overrated as most Blaugies beers. 120207

Cloudy amber beer. Light and airy palate. Sweetish malt nose. A little bubblegum. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Sweetish malt, aniseed spice. Bubblegum and fruit sweetness. Fairly complex flavour configuration. Tasty and interesting.

Watery brown color with an edge head and no significant lacing. Aroma of light malt, caramel, and coriander. Flavor begins with Tab soda, then progresses to malted milk balls. No kidding. Good body. Interesting winter ale, worth trying.
