1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottled. Had so much carbonation that after the cork was popped it overflowed for about a minute. Anyway, it has a lightly clouded orangish/brown color with a lot of carbonation(duh) and a small white head. Smell is of yeast/spice. Taste is malted/spice/citrus and finishes with a somewhat herbal flavor. Overall it was not my thing. It had kind of an odd smell that I did not like and it mixed with the taste.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Shared a 75cl bottle from Cora (Luxembourg). Pours a light brown with almost no head. Aroma is a bit acid and coffee. Medium carbonation and a bit creamy. Flavour sour, bitter and with a dry end. Odd but nice.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Eulogy. Hazy dark orange pour. Overflowing foamy head. Ruby red fruits. Spicy iced tea. Sage. Rose water. Sugar plums. Clove. Cinnamon. Blood oranges. Slight Brett funk. Palate feels a bit muddled. Finish is smooth though there is a peppery afterbite. Unusual red spicy Saison. Note: Seeing some wide discrepancy in the description of this brew (even as to whether the color is blonde or dark copper) such that there may be some mixup between 2 versions. The one I rated was billed as La Moneuse Special Winter Ale.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bouteille 750 ml. Robe ambrée et reflets rubiconds. Mince collet blanc.
