Tried at ZBF 2013. Excellent! Refreshing on a warm spring day, especially with that characteristic tartness.

Draft at craft ale house. Pours hazy reddish brown with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has a big acetic hit with some lemon notes. The taste is medium tart lemon with some spice on the finish. This is wild for a saison with a lot of citrus notes.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 VT (796) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - APR 11, 2013
750 ml bottle from czar, also shared with albatross. Pours a very foggy and sediments-filled golden amber with a thick, resilient white head. Aroma is wheat flour. Flavor is wheat, fruits (mostly oranges), yeast and fresh grounded coriander. Not so much bitterness - as you would expect from most wheat beers. Light to medium body, medium to strong carbonation. Kind of disappointing.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 czar (2232) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - APR 2, 2013
pours hazy pale golden with a tall frothy white head, excellent retention and lacing. very fresh toasted cereals, fruitiness - apricots, some yeast earthiness. lively to average carbonation, light body - oily, very short herbal finish - lacking in hop contents. nothing outstanding if not the classic characteristics. i still prefer lower gravity and abv saisons.

750---> tulip. Pours an orangeish straw with a thick fluffy white head that never totally disappears. Decent lace. Aroma is hay and lemon. Tastes kind of tart (no too much) with honey and green apple. Very lively palate that is dry but not overly so. Bonus for floaties. Really nice beer.

750ml bottle from IPB.
Appearance : Clear pale amber with medium white foamy head.
Aroma : Spicy and yeasty nose with malt and herbal hops. Yeasty esters with some wheat maybe. Rich malt and yeast.
Taste : Yeasty esters with malt and herbal hops. Some spices. Dry finish spices and yeast. Malt on finish. Late finish has yeast and malt. Light earthy notes on the finish.
Palate : Lively carbonation. Rich body with dry and rather crisp finish.
Overall : Very nice saison. Nice spices with the nice typical saison yeasty profile. Nice dry finish. Classic indeed, very well made. Complex and engaging. Nothing really special but a solid and faithful example of the style.

Pours a deep hazy orange brown color with a big frothy eggshell foam. Aromas of doughy bread, fruity yeast, roasted grain, floral honey and rotten apples. The palate is rich but refreshing, nice clean complex flavor profile... Doughy citrus, honeyed sweetness, fruity yeast esters, tart apple, rustic grain... really nicely balanced and very drinkable.

Bottle at home. Pour is hazy orange with a one-finger, long-lasting white head. Yeasty, grassy, somewhat chalky aroma - light funk, straw, earthy, fruity, and doughy. Taste is easy-drinking, grassy, fruity, light banana, white pepper, green apples, Belgian yeast, clove, and coriander with a lightly spicy finish. Medium body with huge carbonation. Pretty tasty - very reminiscent of a Tripel.
