very good saison, the best .
complex aroma, close your eyes and you are walking through a spring field in the Belgian countryside . fresh , florally, can almost hear the birds chirping in this one ! beautiful sharp carbination, creating big white fluffy creamy head and such a lovely golden colour . tastes like you should buy one and find out for yourself ;)
you will really enjoy this if you like saison ale

Floral candy sugar, salty sea foam, baked bread / pastries, lemon, cracked pepper, dried herbs, mint-like medicinal analgesic rub note. Clean, sweet, bitter, tart, juicy, salty, a tad boozy. Brilliant stuff fresh in bottle.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy copper with a huge head - very carbonated!
Aroma is sweet and malty with a distinct Belgian farmhouse nose.
Taste is dry and crisp with caramel malt flavor and possibly some stale earthy and grassy hops. Slight metallic mouthfeel. Many other flavors I cannot identify.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange with dense off-white head and soapy lace. Smells like a horse stable filled with horses with diarrhea. Heavily spiced flavor, bitter and dry

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A bit hazy bit brighter borwn coloured beer with a very light tan head which fades away after a while. Noses of banryard, basement aromas, musty, earthy and lightly toasty malts. Offers a light fizz with a light slick a bit watery texture. The body is medium and offers light bitterness with some malty sweeteness. The finish sets forth on the light earthy maltyness and last short-medium long. Very well balanced!
