4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle dated 2005. Pours a translucent gold with a very thick and creamy off white head. Lots of bubble and a few floaties swimming around too. Fizzy and tart on the palate. Taste is very crisp and refreshing with a distinct lemon and hops aftertaste. A very good Saison. The more I drink Saisons, the more I like them. Top notch brew here.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle. Pours a beautiful cloudy pale golden colour with a large foamy head. Aroma is very rustic with notes of citrus, hay, some grains, corn and pepper. Rich flavour of floral bitterness, wheat, some citrus, mild yeastiness, peach, sour dough bread, fennel and grass. Medium bodied and a bit foamy mouthfeel. Really refreshing. A down-to-earth, real grainy saison. Great.
