COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a dark orange colour with a frothy white head. Fresh aroma with notes of herbs, citrus and hops. Lightly bitter, lightly sour, light sweetness and refreshing grapefruit hint on the taste. light body, oily feel, soft carbonation and a mid-long term lightly sweet after taste. Good.

A strange combination of styles but with surprising results. Citrus aroma, well balanced and citrus taste, soft carbonation. Long tasting sensation, soft palate despite his 7,5º. Good beer!

bottle-conditioned, unfiltered. hazy dull orange to light brown color. strong banana fruit ester nowe with lighter soap esters. minerallic, clay / silt-like, earthy with strong oiliness. low bitterness, low acid, over-attenuated, yeasty, over-sweet and flabby with banana cream notes lingering.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, sweet hop, sour vegetables notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20110612]

33cl bottle from a beer retailer. It pours a hazy deep golden-amber liquid with a consistent and good-looking high white head that lasts throughout the beer and leaves some lacing. The aroma is very fresh, with hints of nice grassy hops, a malt base and a general citrusy (from lemon to orange). The flavour is complex for a lager: the fermented orange juice appears with strenght, blending nicely with the malts. Very intense, there is a general sweetness and a medium bitter aftertaste. With average carbonation, it ends dry, leaving a pleasant citric and herbal feel in the mouth. Despite being a lager, it resembles an APA, but stronger due to the alcohol. This is a good proof that some catalan brewers are doing their job. Good presentation (bottle and crown cap) for an original and tasty brew.
