Lightly hazed cider, bubbly and sweet. In mouth, tastes like Allen’s Nectar (our own Quebec soft drink, a fizzy apple juice), a bit too sweet and overcarbonated. Aroma improves as cider warms up, with nice malic notes, like green apples. On tap, May 2006.

Clear, full apple flavour, mildly sweet, low carbonation. No unwelcome fermentation flavours, could be a little drier though.
