3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Long Island, NY - 500mL bottle obtained from the Northport Farmers Market. Beached Blonde poured a hazy burnt yellow color with almost no carbonation and no head. Aroma was advertised on the bottle with citrus and coriander hints. Taste is light and refreshing, initially citrus with what seems like pilsener hops and malt balance. As you swallow you get the spice, coriander and cardamom. Carbonation is a bit low, otherwise this would be the best summer beer I’ve had. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
50cl bottle pours a hazy, straw yellow with some wispy, white head. Big spice nose, heavy on the cardamom, a little sumac, some white pepper, straw, malt, a little honey, some herbal tea. Flavor is sweet, honey, lots of tea, cardamom, a little clove, yeast, white bread, a little pineapple, some coriander, some rose hips, a little dried orange peel. Thin, herbal finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From my notes taken at the 2010 Bellport Charity event. Draught. Pours a hazy gold with a large white head that left large clumps of foam behind with each sip. Aroma of egg whites, white sugar and lemon. To be honest, the aroma reminds me a bit of angel food cake. The flavor unfortunately is not similar and consists of mild malt and not much else. Light bodied.
