COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the Southern California style IPA. Hopped to high heaven with Columbus and Simcoe hops, and dry hopped with more Simcoe.

On tap at the brewery. To me, this one is was just a bit too hopped up, without enough to balance it out. Pale orange in color, and fairly standard Blind Pig aesthetics otherwise. Notes of light estery fruits, citrus fruits, some cereal grains and lots of herbal pine as well. Medium bodied palate, a tad bit soapy, and quite bitter. Not bad, but could use some work.
