On tap at the Blind Pig Brewery. Pretty basic, light Irish stout here. They were fairly conservative is this one’s production, but I understand the mind set of it being a nice alternative to light lager at a similar abv. In this respect, they succeeded. Poured with a thick, creamy, cream head, and a dark brown, lightly carbonated body. For me, the body could have been slightly fuller and creamier. Some good roasted dark malts and earthy bitter. Very light mocha malts. Overall, a simple yet pleasant stout.
