On tap at the GTMW 2011. Hazy apricot with a large foamy bone colored crown. Aroma of skunked grains, citrus, grassy hops, pale malt and spices. Taste of citrus, floral and grassy hops, pale malt and mild herbs. Dry with a medium bitter finish. So-so.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy golden-orange colored body with a frothy, finger-width, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is medium sweet pale malts with some biscuit and a touch of caramel. A light lemon grass and floral hop too. Flavor is better. Interesting hopping that gives off a lemon-candy flavor with some grass and florals. Light pale malt sweetness with some crackers and biscuit along with a light caramel. Finishes dry and crisp with a light grassy bitterness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a smooth, light body and moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pale ale. Nice use of the Sorachi Ace hop that gives this a pleasant grassy lemon. Not bad.
