3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Taster on tap at GTMW. Half hazy orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good dots of lace. Awesome combo of smoke and chile aroma. Nice bigger chile kick to it in the finish, not enough to be uncomfortable though. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light slick. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter, and a bigger pepper heat in the finish. Pretty fun level of heat. Less than the pepper versions of ruination and sculpin, but more than your typical pepper 5% ales. Solid interesting fun tasty stuff to try.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at GTMW 2013 - Pours amber with a thin head. Nose is meaty, with chile heat and a real light bready malt base. Taste is the same--meaty, with a slowly building pepper heat that makes for a pleasant contrast with the malt. Fairly thin with medium-carbonation.
