ruby. And an off-white head. Aroma and flavors of caramel and toast. Mostly, or should I say all, malt in this one. Must be an Irish red. Medium bodied.

Sampler at the brewpub. Comes a dark clear amber with an average biege head. Aroma of malt, fruit and candy. Tastes of malt and fruit. Mild bitterness. Enjoyable.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was dark copper with a khaki head. The aroma was sweet caramel apples. The taste was mild toffee with some Golden Delicious apples. There was a nice dry finish to complement the smooth carbonation.

On Tap: It looked quite good. A ring of off whit ehead around the outsides above a mahogany, reddish, brown beer with a touch of carbonation. Aroma of sweet malts and nuttiness along with some hints of banana and fruitiness.
