Pours a clear golden with a sudsy white foamy head. Lightly nutty aroma, sweet malty, a bit creamy full, some vanilla. Flavor is a bit chalky and yeasty, seemingly wheaty, touch of honey, fairly dry. Crisp body, a bit gritty, smaller soda carbonation.

A very good Kolsch. Light on the palate, a little crisp with a clean finish. Light hopping, somewhat grassy with an evenly balanced corn sweetness.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes a clear pale straw with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, malt, and citrus. Taste is yeast, grain, malt, and citrus. Nice.

Pours a mostly translucent golden with a medium creamy white lacing head. Aroma of Cheerios, lemon and light grassy notes. Flavor of cereal grains, light lemon notes and a bit grassy. A little on the sweet side.

mild hops, crisp - pretty refreshing for a hot day
