COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Groundskeeper Willie says if it’s not Sottish, it’s crap! The term Scotch Ale and Wee Heavy is reserved for Scotch Ales with a starting gravity of 1.070 or higher. This beer is all about malt character. We use Scottish malt and yeast to brew this wonderful style. The hop flavor and aroma is low. This strong Scotch ale is the color of leather-bound books and smells of rich mahogany. The alcohol is warming and pairs well with the Brandy like color.
