2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 harlequinn (2745) - Tacoma, USA - JUL 30, 2006
This was another lighter styled beer, with a nonexistant aroma. Overcarbonated, and slightly bitter, with just a hint of honey sweetness and a lingering citrus finish.

Yellow color with no head. Screaming aroma of corn. The taste is pretty bland, but i think it’s that same corn hit. Slightly sour

Sampler at the brewpub. Comes a clear pale yellow with a thin white head. Mild aroma of citrus and wheat. Taste is very light. Flavors of wheat and honey. Not much here.

On tap at the brewpub in August 2009. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a light somewhat cloudy blonde color with a tiny, tight white head. Nose brigs almost nothing other than diacetyl and the slihtest hint of buttered grain. Taste is nothing but expired movie heater popcorn butter. Feel is light and completely disgusing. Just plain awful.

OK. We’re in Kansas. I get that... but does any brewpub really need 4 different wheats on tap at the same time? This one pours a clear non-descript yellow and was served with zero head. The aroma is vertiually nonexistent with just a touch of honey. Light, thin and slick with a lingering sweet finish. The flavor is almost all honey with just a hint of wheat in the background. That’s it. My vote stays with the Raspberry Wheat.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was light clear gold. The nasty aroma was grass and rubbing alcohol. In the taste, the honey was overwhelming with a light wheat taste. There was a little hint of abc gum.
