4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 TomDecapolis (4221) - Lawrence, Kansas, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a medium bubbly white head. Aroma of great citrusy and floral American hops. Just a touch of biscuit malt. Flavor of the same. When fresh so nice and hoppy. Dry, crisp and hoppy like a great west coast IPA should be!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 eclaycamp (192) - , Kansas, USA - JUL 9, 2010
64 ounce growler from the brewpub. Pours a bright golden orange hue with a fizzy quarter inch head. Good lacing. Aroma is of freshly mown grass with light pine, maybe some grapefruit, in the background. Initially I get a very light mouthfeel with a surprising amount of malt. Good balance and nice hop bitterness in the finish. It takes a while for the hops to hit you, but once they do you get loads of grass and pine. Is it possible for an IPA to be refreshing? Maybe the best offering from Blind Tiger.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 pkavulak (21) - Nebraska, USA - NOV 21, 2009
On tap in the brewpub. I’m a hophead so this one rates very high for me. Out of balance to the hop side - excellent aromatics. Head holds nicely and great lacing. Citrus, pine, chewy - very well done.

In the growler at the 2009 Pre-GNBF tasting. Yellow amber color with a big off white head. The aroma is serious simcoe all the way. This is thick and orange grapefruit citrus. Very nice hophead’s beer.
