Draft: Polished garnet. Consistent smattering of sticky foam leaves scant lace. Pungent nose of tangy hop cones and minerals. Fuzzy with robust carbonation. Initial rush of mineral-laced dryness dulls the lemon peel burst, but highlights the bitterness. Buttery yeast hints lend a bit of softness and amplify the earthy hop backlash. Bushy hop acidity fuses with a richly resinous hop flash atop a lightly toasted malt structure. Resins fully blossom as it warms, finishing with leafy hop acidity and teasing notes of lemon drops. A nice change of pace, despite the poorly managed acidity.
