Cask conditioned at Cloisters Bar, Edinburgh. Amber with white head. Heavy toffee malts with a dry, slightly burnt character and hints of sour cherry in the background. All a little too weird for me.

On cask at Cloisters. A lovely red-orange colour with a thick white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and apple. Flavour of apple again. Quite yeasty and sweet. A bit thin. Lingering dryness. Not too bad.
