| A Bitter brewed by Blindmans Frome, England
| |
downender (1725), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Jul 9, 2008 Cask-conditioned at The Grapes, Bristol where it was badged as "Firkin Good Show". I am not 100% sure that this was the same beer but the description is pretty much spot on. Amber in colour with some sweet malts, juicy hops and a decent bitter finish. A good session bitter.
dj (396), Gloucestershire, England Sep 22, 2006 Cask gravity at the South Devon Beer Festival, 21/09/2006. A murky amber colour with a small head. A sweet pear aroma with some hoppiness. Taste is hoppy with honey and citrus. A light roasted malt finish with light bitterness. Not bad at all.
