Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury. Clear copper/brown. Mildly roasty with hazelnuts, slight butter and a bit of spicy hops. Medium bodied with rounded moutfheel. Slight spicy bitterness. Relaxed and pleasant.

From cask @Edgar Wallace, London. A finger of blond foamy head, upon a see-through brownish-amber body. Nice plum-marmelade on the nose. And a whiff of sweet bakery, cupcake that is. Thin-ish malt body. Does not live up to the aroma. A faint caramal flavor, and some barely noticable bittering hops. Light in body, soft and gentle on the palate. Overall, a quite thin, nice-smelling Bitter.

Cask @ The 3 Judges. Medium brown colour reasonable head. Biscuit fruity resin malt aroma. Dry toasted fruit flavour. Bitter This isn’t a mild. It is a reasonable bitter.

Bobbin Lancaster Beer Fest November 2011, Lancaster - Caramel, malt, nut and grass smell. Medium mily body. Citrus caramel, ash and corn taste. Brown amber colour with a lacy white head. Tastes good but something puts me off.
