COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From first wort hopping to dry hopping, this ale is all about the hops. We use Mt. Hood, Cluster, Columbus, and Chinook to create our hop bomb. Wonderful cirtrusy hop aroma, bitterly balanced and dangerously flavorful.

On tap at the brewery. Clear burnt orange pour with a white head. Citrus and tropical fruit hop aromas. Tasty tropical fruit and citrus hop notes with a nice caramel malt backbone. Good body and mouthfeel.

murky tangerine, frothy white head laces. Bright IPA nose bordering on sweat, tons of sticky grapefruit. Flavor hugely juicy, melons and grapefruit all over, high attenuation through finish shows softer dough, zesty carbonation keeps it lively.

tap at the brewpub in Aug 2013 - Pours hazy copper with good lacing. It smells of citrus with a little pine. The flavor features strong bitterness and enough malt to support this medium bodied brew. Very good.

On draught at Block 15. Deep golden color. Aroma is deep caramel citrus hops. Taste is very resinous, with citrus, grapefruit, and pine notes. Finishes with a nicely bitter hop kick.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. Big sweet fruity nose with some grass. Orange peel, more citrus, light bitterness, citra sweetness. Medium balance with a toasted malt. Good.

Very hoppy beer with a strong dry bitter after taste. Good golden color with a nice white head and strong nose. Not always an easy IPA to drink but if you are a hop head, its one to get.

Nice assertive citrus hop aroma with nice pine and floral notes in there as well. Pours golden with a nice creamy white head. The flavor is nice and hoppy with pale malt sweetness, assertively bitter up front, piney and floral mid to finish. A solid PNW IPA - drinkable but bitter, fruity and lacking too much caramel. Good stuff.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2012 Cask @ Block 15... Poured a pale golden with a white head, lots of lacing too. Hops were piney, and very residual and sticky. Malts were light, sweet, gave a cookie dough vibe. Some yeast fruit ester tones, which the cask conditioned seemed to really endorse.

Tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a one inch white head and nice lacing. Big aroma of grapefruit and pine with a solid smacking of caramel as well. A typical hop aroma, but still done well. Nice hop bite, mostly pine but some definite nice citrus notes and a present but unobtrusive caramel malt backing. Very well done brew.
