COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From first wort hopping to dry hopping, this ale is all about the hops. We use Mt. Hood, Cluster, Columbus, and Chinook to create our hop bomb. Wonderful cirtrusy hop aroma, bitterly balanced and dangerously flavorful.

Nice assertive citrus hop aroma with nice pine and floral notes in there as well. Pours golden with a nice creamy white head. The flavor is nice and hoppy with pale malt sweetness, assertively bitter up front, piney and floral mid to finish. A solid PNW IPA - drinkable but bitter, fruity and lacking too much caramel. Good stuff.

Cas @ Block 15... Poured a pale golden with a white head, lots of lacing too. Hops were piney, and very residual and sticky. Malts were light, sweet, gave a cookie dough vibe. Some yeast fruit ester tones, which the cask conditioned seemed to really endorse.

Tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a one inch white head and nice lacing. Big aroma of grapefruit and pine with a solid smacking of caramel as well. A typical hop aroma, but still done well. Nice hop bite, mostly pine but some definite nice citrus notes and a present but unobtrusive caramel malt backing. Very well done brew.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear golden-yellow color with a medium thin and foamy white head that recedes steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops, spice and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of hops, orange rinds and malt. The finish is hoppy with a citrus aftertaste and a lingering bitterness. Decent IPA overall.

On tap at the brewery. I’ve been impressed with all the beers I’ve had so far, this was no exception. A very floral IPA, pine and citrus from the hops, a touch spicy. Excellent body and a crisp bitter dry finish.

On tap at Block-15 in Corvallis, OR--Poured a golden-amber body with a thin white head. Flowery, fruity, spicy nose. Bold, rich, bitter, floral mouthfeel. Low carbonation but with a big, piquant, bitter finish. Good shit!

Taster - Block 15 Brewery - Corvallis, OR
Aroma – Huge Hops aroma in this beer.
Appearance – Amber in color, Thin head and clear.
Flavor – The hosp took this beer over and gave the malt nothing. The beer was flavorful for a IPA. Strong hops for sure and the citrus came through nicely.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry citrus finish.
Overall – This was a PAC NW IPA. This fit the bill take your tongue and smack it around this left nothing but bitter, citrus hops on the mind.
