On tap at Holiday Ale Festival in Portland. Pours caramel with a tan head. Aromas of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark fruits and vanilla. Taste is overwhelmingly alcohol, which eventually reveals figs, dark fruits and molasses.

Tap at Holiday Ale Fest. Hazy golden-amber pour with a light bit of off-white head. Aroma of fig, cinnamon, nutmeg, graham cracker, brown sugar, light vanilla and oak. Tastes of bread, figs, quite a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg, molasses, vanilla. Very dry finish. I enjoyed this one a ton and had probably 4 samples of it all told. One of my favorites of the festival.

Tap @ Holiday Ale Festival... Poured a deeper amber to it’s counterpart. The yeast was much more pronounced, created drier nuances which all acted as a nice balanced to the normal Figgy Pudding version. Spices stood out, and cocoa, ginger, and dried fruits shined.
