On tap at Bailey’s - Man I really enjoyed this beer. The flavors and aromas are deep but the beer is still light and refreshing even at 8% abv. Poured a vibrant red with a white head. Cranberry cherry aroma, huge fruit juice aroma with hints of vanilla. The barrel is nicely showcased and the raspberry comes through more in the tart finish. In my opinion Framboise Rouge was even better then Framboise White (had them both the same day).

Multiple pours at What the Funk!? Appearance is bright pink with a huge pink head and great lacing. Super funky, cheesy, waxy, sour raspberry, tart fruits, cranberry aroma. Taste is again big sour fruit peel, funk, dirty cheese, strawberry, lemony, somewhat bretty, cherries, biscuit - sour raspberry juice. Light body with high carbonation. Really funky and fruity. Nice stuff!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the brewery for 2013 Cellar Stash. Pours a mostly clear copper/red color, a small white head. Big sour wine barrels and fruit. The flavor is tart, at times quite so, some sawdust, light pleasant Brett funk fruit, something akin to pitted fruits. Lingering sweet berry and acidic tartness. Good.
