Our Holiday Winter Warmer named for St. Nick, patron Saint of Brewers. Artistically brewed with British Pale Malted Barley, Honey Malt, and Caramel Malt. Large amounts of Noble Hops balance this big beer. 10%alc/vol 50 IBU’s

"Cold as sheeit. Pine taste is overwhelming. As it warms, maltiness is inspired and balances out the taste. Surprisingly refreshing for a 10% beer. Alcohol taste lingers towards the end. Lard it up!" --my roommate "Old Googsie"

Tap @ Block 15... Poured hazy, cloudy copper/orange with an off-white head. Aroma had lots of spice, floral-dirty hops. Very English in style terms. Malty bread balance and a tad of hops for bittering tones.
